Sports physiotherapy for people who love to move

I'm a physiotherapist with a background in sports and musculoskeletal care. I work with people experiencing pain or injury, helping them understand what's going on and find a practical way forward.
My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement assessment and rehabilitation tailored to each person. I look beyond the painful area to understand how you move, what might be contributing to the problem, and what you need to work towards your goals.
I've spent years working in clinical practice and education. I was Clinical Director at True Motion for eight years, overseeing three clinics across London, and taught neuroscience and clinical neurology at the University College of Osteopathy for six years.

As a competitive athlete, I understand how important training is to your routine, goals and sense of progress. Outside clinical practice, I'm interested in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, strength training and endurance running.

I’ll talk you through the findings, what they mean for your recovery and the options available, so we can agree on the next steps.

-
Your plan
Your plan may combine hands-on treatment, targeted exercises and training adjustments, helping you stay active where possible.
