Francesco Contiero, Sports Osteopath & Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist
Precise diagnosis. Considered treatment.
Specialist musculoskeletal care for athletes and active people — in London or remotely, wherever you're training.
Francesco (Franco) Contiero is a Sports Osteopath and Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, with postgraduate qualifications in Functional Biomechanics, Musculoskeletal Sonography and pharmacology (Independent Prescribing). He combines hands-on treatment with advanced diagnostics and structured rehabilitation — working out why an injury happened, not just where it hurts.
Franco sees patients at Complete Physio (Chelsea) and Health in Motion (Guildford). Before this, he spent eight years as Clinical Director of True Motion, running three clinics across London, and led the neuroscience and clinical neurology courses at the University College of Osteopathy for six years.
He's a competitive athlete himself, which shapes how he thinks about recovery — not just fixing pain, but getting people back to what they love.
