This page covers the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy for sportsosteopath.co.uk, operated by Francesco Contiero trading as True Motion Ltd.

Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Francesco Contiero, trading as True Motion Limited ("we", "us", "our").

  • Company name: True Motion Limited

  • Company registration number: 09477486

  • Registered office address: 115 Hampstead Road, London, England, NW1 3EE

  • Contact email: info@sportsosteopath.co.uk

Francesco Contiero is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC registration number: 9113) and a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC registration number: PH96895).

2. In-person appointments

In-person consultations and ultrasound-guided injections are delivered at Complete Physio and Health in Motion, which are independent clinics. Bookings, cancellations, and payment for in-person appointments are handled directly by those clinics under their own terms and cancellation policies. Please refer to the relevant clinic for their specific terms.

3. Remote consultations

Remote consultations are booked and paid for directly through this website.

  1. What's included: A 30-minute online video consultation to discuss your symptoms, assess movement and function where possible remotely, and receive advice on next steps. This may include a personalised rehabilitation plan where appropriate.

  2. Booking and payment: Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via this website's checkout.

  3. Cancellations and rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your remote consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made after this point may not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): As this is a service, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period after booking during which you can cancel for a full refund. However, if you ask for the consultation to take place within that 14-day period, you acknowledge that once the service has been provided in full, you lose the right to cancel. If the appointment is cancelled partway through this period before it takes place, you remain entitled to a refund in line with clause 3.3 above.

  5. No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled remote consultation without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

  6. Nature of remote advice: Remote consultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person assessment, as physical examination is not possible. Where necessary, you will be advised to seek in-person assessment.

4. Medical disclaimer

The information provided on this website, and during consultations, is for general guidance and does not replace individualised medical advice from an in-person examination. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the services booked through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
